Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Vital Energy, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines below.
📦 Order Processing & Shipping
Upon receiving your order, we begin processing within 3–7 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.
We ship using reliable carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS for U.S. orders, and DHL or USPS International for international orders.
Please note:
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
- No shipping or processing occurs on weekends or federal holidays, except during special promotional periods.
🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 15–25 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 3–9 business days after processing.
Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday (if Saturday delivery is available in your area).
🌍 International Shipping
International shipping times and costs vary depending on destination and local carrier services. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Customs and Duties: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by your destination country. Vital Energy is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If your order is refused or denied entry by customs, you may request a return shipment to us. In such cases, we will issue a refund less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee upon receipt of the returned items.
📍 Local Pickup
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email or text.
Pickup is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM EST to 3:30 PM EST.
Please bring a valid government-issued ID matching the name on your order and your order confirmation number.
🚚 Local Delivery (Coming Soon)
We are working on offering local delivery within a 40‑mile radius of our nearest facility. When available, a flat delivery fee will apply, and you may choose immediate or scheduled delivery. You will be notified by text message when your order is en route.
⚡ Expedited (“Warp Speed”) Processing
For an additional fee, we offer expedited processing. Your order will be verified, packaged, and shipped within 24 hours of submission and payment, provided the order is placed before 1:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday).
✏️ Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hi@vitalenergies.co as soon as possible.
Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been fulfilled. If the package is already in transit, please contact the carrier directly to request a reroute.
❌ Order Cancellations
Due to our streamlined processing system, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
