30‑Day Refund Window:
We offer a 30‑day refund period from the date you place your order. If you decide your item is not suitable, we can process a refund provided your order has not yet been shipped.
Once an item has been dispatched, it is already in transit and cannot be recalled.

Non‑Refundable Items
While we strive to offer flexibility, certain items and charges are non‑refundable:
Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Expired Orders: If the item or tracking information is more than 3 months old or has expired, reshipment and refunds will not be available.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email hi@vitalenergies.co with your name, order number, product name/code, and clear photos showing the issue.
Resolution: Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Lost Orders
In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please reach out to hi@vitalenergies.co. We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, dispatch a replacement as soon as possible.
Subscription Cancellations and Refunds
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us via email at hi@vitalenergies.co or by phone at +1 866 823 5798 .
Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable after two (2) months.
If a cancellation request is made within two months of the initial charge, eligibility for a refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No refund will be issued for subscriptions older than two months.
Upon cancellation, access to the Vital Energy Club site and its benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
